Ingredients
1/4 cup Chilled, Brewed Coffee (Green Mountain Coffee Roasters ® Pumpkin Spice)
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbs Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Pumpkin-Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 tsp Sugar or Sweetener
1 tbs Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Old Fashion Oats
1 tsp Pepitas
Directions

1. In a bowl or jar, combine all of the ingredients except for the oats. Stir until combined and smooth.

 

2. Add oats and stir until moistened.

 

3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

 

4. After 8 hours of chilling, add additional milk if needed and garnish with your favorite fruit or spice.
